Our system includes everything needed to begin to package your items. The system includes a sealing wand, a Teflon pad, a film carrier, a heat gun and a discount on your first roll of film.

All our Polyolefin is cross linked shrink film which provides excellent clarity and superior strentgh. Biolefin is a standard polyolefin film which additives have been added during the manufacturing process makng the film oxo-biodegradable.

Both our Cross Linked Polyolefin and Biolefin are a strong, puncture resistant film that’s FDA approved for direct food contact. The film is soft and flexible, yields to pressure, resist breakage, and allows scents to
penetrate through.

The Biolefin is both biodegradable and compostable, with all the beneficial properties of our standard polyolefin.

We can gladly ship internationally to many locations. Please note that when ordering a system if you are using 220V you must select the international system since it will include a 220V transformer, which is compatible with most countries outside of the US and Canada.

The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.

All ShrinkWrap systems have a 30 day return policy. Please note, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee as well all associated shipping charges. Products must be in new condition.
Shrink film once opened is non- refundable.

There is standard wear and tear that comes from using your sealing wand and usually can be resoved by purchasing a repair kit that can be found in our accesories category. (Make sure to order the size that matches your wand size)

Our shrinkwrap systems come backed with a full warranty for 6 months from date of purchase, including any shipping costs. Do keep in mind that poor shrink film quality will corrode your heating elements allot quicker. Our high-grade film will give your sealing bar a better life.

Here’s a general overview:

The smaller the gauge number of the film, the thinner the film. For most general applications, 75 gauge will suffice. In applications where strength is of particular concern, large baskets, or heavy and bulky packages, you'll want to consider 100 gauge film. The two most used films are Polyolefin and PVC.

PVC is crystal clear and glossy, with a reflective shine and high clarity. Coming in single wound, centerfold and tubular, the PVC is highly versatile and an industry favorite for a large variety of products. Approved for indirect food contact, PVC is a great choice for soaps or bath bombs when you don’t want the scents to pass through the film. PVC is also the ideal choice for all types of gift baskets, machines and equipment, and other non food products. Polyolefin is a strong, puncture resistant film that’s FDA approved for direct food contact. The film is soft and flexible, yields to pressure, resist breakage, and allows scents to pass through. Polyolefin is most often used for matted prints, artwork, photos, soaps, and food items . We also now offer Biolefin, a film that is both biodegradable and compostable, with all the beneficial properties of our standard polyolefin

All of our film is FDA approved for direct (Polyolefin) or indirect (PVC) contact with food.

Perforations are tiny pinholes
that help avoid balooning and allow trapped air to escape sealed packages, making the shrinking process easier as it eliminates squeezing the air out of your perfectly sealed packages.

These perforations are not clearly visible once shrunk down unless you look carefully.

These are different than micro perforated (or hot perforated) which are micro holes across the entire film.

It can but really depends what you're use case is. Biolefin is based on standard polyolefin and which works nicely for lighter and uniform products. It won't have the same puncture resistance and seal strentgh as cross linked polyolefin.

Most films are 40-40's. That is, they shrink 40% in each direction...exerting pressure on the package as you shrink it. If you need to wrap a softer, less rigid item, the pressure will cause it to warp and/or ripple if you wrap it with traditional shrinkwrap. To wrap this type of item there is limited shrink films, 10-10's. They only shrink approximately 25% compared to typical shrinks. This exerts much less pressure on your packages making it suitable for soft, pliable items like mouse pads, magazines, photos etc. Limited shrink is available in both Polyolefin and PVC.
